The Chaos.
Launching products meant expensive photo shoots and slow, manual copywriting — every SKU needed on-model imagery, product shots, descriptions, and feed values before it could go live.
Visuals and voice drifted from product to product, and scaling the catalogue only deepened the backlog across imagery, copy, and shopping feeds.
The System.
We built Backdrop — an AI product studio that generates on-model imagery (models wearing your clothing) and clean product photography using Google's Nano Banana image model — no photo shoot required.
The same studio writes on-brand copy and fills template values for Google, Shopify, SEO, and shopping feeds — orchestrating OpenAI and Gemini behind a Svelte frontend, with assets served globally from CloudFront and serverless functions on Vercel.
